Alagappa’s Meat Curry Powder is a blend of high-quality spices, specially formulated to bring out the rich and robust flavors in your meat dishes. Preparation:
1 Heat oil in pan and fry mixture ”B” for 1/2 minutes.
2 Add mixture ”A” and fry till fragrant.
3 Put in meat and salt to taste and stir fry for 15 minutes (till meat is cooked).
4 After that add Alagappa’s Meat Curry Powder, coconut milk, tomatoes and potatoes.
5 Cook over moderate heat till meat is tender then serve hot.
