SSR Karaboondi 100g

SSR Kara Boondhi is made by mixing chickpea flour with water and spices to form a thick batter. This batter is then passed through a boondhi ladle or perforated spoon, resulting in small droplets that are dropped into hot oil for frying. The fried boondhis are crispy and golden brown in color. They are then seasoned with a flavorful blend of spices, including salt, chili powder, curry leaves, and sometimes asafoetida (hing), to create a spicy and savory snack.
